The “Let’s Play and Hang Out” project is designed to help elderly individuals overcome the challenging period of social isolation (such as during a pandemic) through regular online meetings featuring various activities.
Project Description:
The project organizes online meetings with elderly beneficiaries twice a week. These meetings are both educational and entertaining. Participants learn about Jewish traditions and history, sing, and take part in intellectual games (quizzes, charades).
Project Goals:
- Combat loneliness among elderly individuals
- Improve the psychological well-being of project participants
- Enhance knowledge and cognitive abilities of participants
- Develop and maintain social connections within the community
