The "Wellbeing through Fairy Tales" project is designed to socialize children from low-income families and help them identify themselves as part of the Jewish people through participation in creative activities where they can develop their talents.
Project Description:
The project involves group sessions and marathons where children, under the guidance of volunteers, create comics or claymation films dedicated to Jewish holidays. These films are later shown at community holiday events.
Project Goals:
- Create a platform for the socialization of children
- Introduce children to Jewish traditions and culture
- Develop children's creative talents
- Enhance communication and collaboration skills among children
- Foster a sense of belonging to a community
Role of Volunteers:
- Provide mentorship to children
- Conduct group activities
- Implement creative ideas proposed by the children
- Provide necessary materials for the creative process

- 40 volunteers involved in the project
- 4 films dedicated to Jewish holidays produced annually
- 40 children engaged in the project each year
- Screening of films during community holiday events
